COACH'S NEWS

Every summer someone asks me for a workout.  Here are 25 workouts all with a "just-exercise" feel to them.  Of course when you are swimming you may or may not have a pace clock, equipment or even a pool (if you are in a lake).  As well some may be a bit much and so on.  Take these for what they are worth and try your best.

Note:  Now that you are on your own and no one is watching .. technique.  Slow down and think about where the hand is travelling, where the feet are and so on.  Rotate and when in doubt go back to your drills.
