In the evening after the Blue vs Yellow meet, we will be holding an award presentation to recognize the performance achievements of our swimmers last season. At this event we will present the rest of the awards that were not presented at our end-of-season banquet in the spring. The event will be held at Assembly Hall. This is not a banquet, but light snacks and refreshments will be available.
We will be running an online signup (free event) with a deadline of *updated* Monday September 19th at 9pm in order to provide our facility a final number of guests.
Swimmers and parents may arrive between 6:45 and 7pm
Parking is available directly in front of the venue or at other nearby city lots along Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive.
Pizza and light refreshments to be served between 7 and 730 downstairs, with the awards presentation in the upper performance hall between 7:45-9pm
Smart Casual attire.
